Hi, yes I would also enjoy some of that food if you wouldn’t mind tossing me some. Don’t make me drag this bike over there.
It’s August 1st and today is officially our final day. It’s a weird feeling. Typically, in life, a month is just a quick moment of time; however, this experience has been a ride that has flown by but because we’ve seen so much, it hasn’t been short.
I think this conversation at lunch sums it up the best – Bill, Dan and I were talking about Las Vegas and we couldn’t remember when we were there. We were thinking a week and a half ago, and literally, it was just 4 days. In between Las Vegas and San Francisco, we stopped at the National Joshua Tree Forrest and Los Angeles and did quite a lot. So, time is this very odd feature and it almost doesn’t exist normally for us right now. I wonder when it will become normal again?
We are very fortunate for what we had and I don’t think anyone of the six will ever be able to say thank you enough. It has been such the journey and in many ways, I think I will reflect on this venture as a life changing experience. I think future postings will explain that for me and I also think I will need more time to process where I am; spiritually, emotionally and physically.
The site will stay active for a couple of months with new pieces. So please keep checking because within a week, new postings will up and posted-dated from Bill, Dan, and me. And thank you again for all your continued support!
Life can be a lot of fun and it can have its moments, but what I learned the most is that you always have to keep on truckin’ – that makes life the journey.

Somehow I don’t think sticking your head down a garbage disposal is the best idea in the world. I am nominating this fellow fir the darwin awards.

At Guano point at the Grand Canyon, there is an abandoned mine. The strange thing is they didn’t mine for gold, they mined for bat poop. It’s the truth, Guano means bat poop.
On our way from Arizona to LA we decided to stop in Las Vegas. On our last night we headed away from the strip to check out Old Vegas. This is a video of an artist we saw using only spray paint and several small tools to create incredibly detailed painting in merely 8 minutes.
